Preschool Programs

Each of our programs are intentionally designed to be age appropriate and child-centered.

Owlets (3's and Young 4')

Our youngest little owls attend Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-11:30. These little ones are fully potty trained before attending preschool.

Owlets participate in hands-on, Montessori -inspired, play-based learning. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. With a focus on social-emotional development through play, language development and  literacy through reading aloud living books (a Charlotte Mason approach),  math concepts and inquiry  through hands-on exploration, and nature studies, our Owlets receive a robust learning experience.

Young Flyers (4's and Young 5's)

Our young flyers are spreading their wings and really becoming curious and connected young people. This class is for children who will be attending kindergarten in the next year or two. With a focus on kindergarten readiness through a blend of Montessori and Charlotte mason inspired approaches, children are given lots of opportunities to explore and play. There is focus time for language and literacy, including introduction to reading concepts (phonics and early reading), living books, math concepts and numeracy through hands-on exploration, social-emotional learning through play, and nature studies. These little ones are truly ready to fly upon their very special preschool graduation.
